2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days
We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your baking tools are on their way!
4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.
6. Are your baking tools safe and high-quality? Yes! We prioritize food-grade, BPA-free, non-toxic materials (silicone, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) that are oven-safe, dishwasher-safe (where noted), and built for consistent performance and easy cleanup.
7. How do I care for my Merakidevelopements baking tools? Most silicone & non-stick items are dishwasher safe or hand-wash with mild soap (avoid abrasives). Metal tools: hand-wash and dry immediately to prevent rust. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
